Do you charge for Delivery?
Orders over £100 (excluding VAT) delivered to UK mainland addresses qualify for free delivery. For orders under £100 (net), a £6.99 delivery fee applies.
Deliveries outside the UK mainland (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man) incur a £25 charge and may take up to 2 business days. For more information view our shipping policy.
What’s the lead time for customised orders?
Customised orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days. For new logo designs, we’ll send a proof for approval within 2 working days.
Please note: delays in artwork approval may push back your delivery date. Need it urgently? Contact us and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
What’s the lead time for plain (non-branded) orders?
Plain items are usually dispatched within 5 working days, often sooner. If you need it quicker, get in contact — we’ll do our best to help.
What branding methods are used when ordering online?
Online branding includes embroidery or transfer printing. You can find out more about our transfer printing methods here. Once we receive your online order we will choose the best type of transfer print to suit your product, logo and branding position.

What artwork should I provide?
Please upload a high-resolution version of your logo when customising online. Our artwork team will review it and let you know if they need anything else.
You’ll receive an artwork proof via email for approval before production starts.
Why is there a set up fee?
Set-up fees are applied to cover initial logo preparation (digitising or screen creation).
This is a one-time fee as long as your logo remains unchanged (size, design, colours) in future orders.
Can I return items?
Plain (non-customised) items can be returned within 1 month, provided they’re in original condition with tags and packaging.
Customised items are non-returnable, unless faulty. If an item is faulty, please notify us within 5 working days, including photos to help us resolve things quickly. Read our full returns policy here.
