Delivery Charges

• £6.99 by courier*. This will be DPD tracked delivery
• We offer free delivery on orders over £100 (exclusive of VAT)

*Free delivery is available for orders to UK mainland addresses only, excluding the Scottish Highlands. For Scottish Highlands, our standard delivery charge of £6.99 will appear at checkout. However, a member of our sales team will contact you to arrange payment of the actual delivery cost, which is £25 before they begin to process your order. Free delivery on orders over £100 is not available.

Northern Ireland & Channel Islands: Free delivery on orders over £100 is not available. A £25 delivery fee will be added at checkout.

 

Delivery Lead Times

• Plain clothing is usually despatched within 1 -3 working days
• Branded clothing is usually despatched within 7 - 10 working days, however, we aim to fulfil orders as soon as possible
• Bespoke order lead times will be discussed on a order basis
• If you have an urgent delivery please let us know; we aim to meet all deadlines no matter how tight
• We will give you a delivery date at the time of ordering and notify you of any backorders.

Please note:

• Our preferred courier is DPD
• Deliveries to residential addresses can arrive between 7.30am and 7.30pm.
• Weekday deliveries to commercial addresses can be any time up to 6pm.
• Morning and weekend deliveries will incur a surcharge
• Tracking details will be provided once your order is despatched
