Not perfect? Return it and let us fix things
Customer satisfaction matters above all else to us. So if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, contact us to secure a replacement or refund completely free of charge*.
If you have received the wrong item/s or your items are faulty, leave it to us to organise a replacement or refund, simply:
- Complete this returns form or email your account manager direct.
- A sales representative will be in contact within 2 working days to discuss the best way to move forward. Either it will be a free returns, direct collection or a swift replacement. Our goal is to ensure the customer is happy.
Please note any faults or issues must be reported within 5 working days of receipt.

* Free returns cover damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied garments. Please note branded items supplied correctly cannot be exchanged.
