Meet Our Team
At the heart of our business is a passionate team of 25+ uniform branding specialists committed to delivering exceptional service from enquiry to delivery.
We expertly design, brand, test, and ship every order to ensure your team looks and feels their best.
Managing Director: Started CW over 30 years ago, driven by a passion for textiles, branding, and building something lasting. Outside of work, I’m a family man who enjoys the peaceful chaos of looking after my 20+ chickens.
Director of Operations: As one of CW’s founders, I’ve been around for awhile and have pretty much done it all — accounts, sales, HR, health & safety, even the website. Basically, if it needs doing, I’m on it (and yes, I do my best to keep Rowan in check too!). Outside of work, you’ll find me swimming in lakes or chatting with my crystals.
Sales and Business Development Manager: With over 25 years in the Industry I’m always chasing the latest trends and learning new tech (DTG, DTF — it’s a jungle out there!). I’m big on sustainability and custom textiles. Off-duty, I’m cheering on my granddaughter’s go-kart racing or giving Spanish another shot… ¡otra vez!
Schoolwear Manager: I manage the schoolwear department and keep everything running smoothly. Outside of work, I’m usually dancing, baking (often bringing treats into the office), or geeking out over health and nutrition. Obsessed? Maybe a little.
Marketing Manager: With over 17 years in marketing, including digital marketing and website management, I’m all about connecting with customers and making our brand look its best. When I’m not working, I’m busy with my three young girls—gym sessions are definitely on the agenda, even if I’m mostly trying to get there!
Customer Account Manager: With over four years helping customers bring their branding ideas to life, I love working with brilliant people and building great connections. Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors with my dog Brian (clearly the best dog ever), gardening, or getting lost in a good book.
Graphics Manager: I’m passionate about all things graphics and design, with over 8 years of experience bringing ideas to life visually. When I’m not creating, you’ll find me diving into fantasy novels—Lord of the Rings is my absolute favourite, and yes, I firmly believe it beats Harry Potter hands down.
School Wear Supervisor: I love being in the shop, helping customers, no two days are the same! Outside of work, I’m always up for an adventure — from riding the world’s fastest zip wire to accidentally swallowing a pound coin as a kid (don’t ask!).
Finance Manager: Joined in 2024 with nearly 30 years’ experience in finance. I keep the numbers sharp and the chaos minimal. Mum of two, expert at juggling school runs and quiz nights (and yes, I do help with the answers). Walking and cider keep me balanced.
Despatch Manager: Joined in 2021, managing production and logistics with 15 years’ experience. I handle stock, orders, drains, and milk runs. Guitar player since 11, football and cricket fan, and once made tea for Rachel from S Club 7.
Beyond the 9 to 5.
We value spending time together outside of work, whether it’s catching up over after-work drinks, getting together for our summer socials, or celebrating the end of the year at our Christmas party.
