Red Oak Corporate Wear’s custom embroidery service offers a high quality and long-lasting customisation method. Embroidery is one of the two branding methods we offer our customers. When a customer chooses embroidery, we take their design and recreate it using high quality stitching. We then sew their logo or design onto their chosen garments using our five 6-head Brother industrial machines in our Essex offices. These high-tech machines can provide a professional looking and durable result on all types of clothing.
Embroidery is an intricate process, but we can usually work from a JPEG image format if you do not have any others available.
Unlike printing, where the design is transferred directly to the garment, our embroidery team will need to recreate your design for stitching. To do this, we use a computerised system and high-tech embroidery machines. This ensures consistently high quality on every garment and makes it possible for us to work with intricate designs.

Our embroidery products are competitively priced and offer great value for money. The total cost will be based on stitch count, which means it will be different for every logo or design and depends on both its size and intricacy. Our sales team will be able to provide a quote for your order after seeing your logo.
Embroidery is the most popular branding method among our customers because it looks great on our range of garments and provides a long-lasting finish. The end result is a high-quality product that looks exactly the way you envisioned.
We are proud to welcome many of our customers back time and time again because they know that they can expect a great product from us. We’ll do everything we can to make the process as easy and convenient as possible, so you won’t waste any time or money. Our embroidered garments are available in multiple colours with no additional cost, so you won’t be restricted by cost or availability.
Embroidery is suitable for most products but can be difficult for smaller text. Graduated colour can also be hard to achieve. We will provide you with a quote and any recommendations when you contact us for a consultation.
Our embroidered garments are produced in-house, meaning we have complete control over the entire order and production process. Once we receive your logo or design, we will redraw it in a format that can be read by our high-tech embroidery machines. This process is known as digitisation. Depending on how complicated and detailed the logo is, there may be a set up charge for this process.
Before we begin embroidering your garments, we always provide an embroidery proof. This means you can see exactly how your finished design will look and make any alterations if they are needed.
Once you have seen and approved the embroidery proof, our in-house team of highly experienced embroiderers will use our industrial Brother machines to sew your design on to the garments you have chosen.
