Rowan oversees our sales department, dealing with new business and large accounts. Having worked across all departments since Corporate Wear’s earliest days, Rowan knows the company inside out and is always happy to help across departments. One of Rowan’s loves is his chicken and ducks; if you ever come to visit, there will most probably be eggs available to take home!
Victoria has worked for Corporate Wear since 2007, after previously working as a psychologist. She took over the business from her Dad when it was based in Bucks and relocated to Essex in 2010. Prior to having her two children, Hugo and Lola, Victoria dealt with the major corporate accounts and oversaw various projects within the business. She now works two days in the office but often brings Hugo and Lola in other days when we need an extra helping hand.
Phil joined Corporate Wear in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of experience. Having run his own business for more than 40 years, he knows a thing or two about growth and recruitment - the areas he is now working on. Phil also founded the Morgan Clark Foundation, which provides education and maternity care in The Gambia.
Sue joined Corporate Wear in 2014 as a member of the sales team. Since then, she has progressed to become General Manager and now oversees a lot of the day to day activities within the business. Sue comes with a huge amount of customer service experience, having worked at Scholl for over 15 years prior to joining Corporate Wear. She has been with us through the company merger and continuously helps to grow and develop the business. Sue has a sweet tooth and loves to do a cake run on a Friday.
When Tracey joined Corporate Wear in 2018, she had a huge challenge ahead. When she started, our school shop was having a full makeover as we installed a brand-new EPOS system. It was a busy time, but Tracey has transformed the school side and has been instrumental in its smooth running. Tracey has built brilliant relationships with our schools and is excited about growing the business. When she’s not at work, she loves to wind down with her great karaoke skills.
Like Ann, Robert also recently joined the sales team and has an array of experience in various sales and customer service roles. He even worked in Italy for a few years in the hospitality industry and is now proving to be a great fit for the Corporate Wear team.
Liz joined Corporate Wear’s embroidery department in 2012 and has recently been promoted to senior embroiderer. Liz has a wealth of knowledge in embroidery and is a huge support for the other team members. When she’s not working hard, Liz loves her holidays and probably takes more than all of us put together.
Sue joined Corporate Wear in 2007 as an embroiderist, after having worked in the industry for a while. Sue came with a huge amount of knowledge and always has a smile on her face - even first thing on a Monday morning.
Our longest serving member of staff, Roz has been here at Corporate Wear since 2003. She joined as our first embroiderer when we had just one 1-head machine and has seen the department grow massively over the years. Roz has a huge amount of experience and is happy and able to help with all types of jobs
Kate has been a member of the embroidery team since 2010 - when she joined us with no experience in the industry - and has proven to be a great embroider since then. Outside of work, her young son is her world.
A member of our embroidery team since she joined us in 2018, Emma previously worked for a local school wear supplier. She brings a wealth of knowledge in both embroidery and school wear and helps in the digital print department when they need an extra pair of hands. Emma creates her own personalised gifts in her spare time - something she has been doing for many years.
Sally joined our embroidery team earlier this year on a temporary basis but has since been persuaded to stick around. Sally had no experience in embroidery before joining Corporate Wear but has picked things up at an impressive speed.
Siobhan is our newest member of the embroidery team. She is new to the custom branded clothing industry and has already become a valued member of the team. We are all excited to have Siobhan join the department as the business continues to grow.
Shaun joined Corporate Wear in 2015, bringing with him years of experience in screen printing having worked in the textile print industry since 1984. His knowledge and experience means he produces great work and is a brilliant teacher for new members of the team. Shaun is also a qualified electrician which he retrainied in, in 2014.
Rob joined our screen print team in 2016 with no previous experience, but his natural artistic flair has turned him into an expert screen printer. Rob loves to research new developments and methods within the industry and designs incredible illustrations, some of which you can see on his Instagram page.
Scott joined our digital print and graphics team in 2012 and has since become an integral member of the team. He now works with five different print methods and creates the artwork and proofs for most of our print jobs. In his spare time, he has a passion for model car racing and Scalextric.
Tim joined our warehouse and despatch team earlier this year. Tim has many year’s experience in similar roles and understands the importance of quality control. We are excited to have Tim join us and he’s already got the warehouse looking more organised than its ever been!
Patrick is currently studying for his A-level exams and works in our school wear shop on Saturdays. He joined us earlier this year and has been a great member of the team.
Sabrina has many years of experince in the fashion indsutry and has even run her own business which was fashion focussed. Although Sabrina only joined the Corporate Wear team in early 2020 she has already proven she is a great asset to the team.
Kathy recently joined the team to assist Tracey with the school wear orders. Kathy has been a great addition to the Corporate Wear family as she's super organised and loves a challenge.
