Sometimes you need something a little bit special - and that’s where our bespoke clothing service comes in.
Giving you complete control over everything from the fabric composition to the colour and weight, our bespoke service provides one of a kind products guaranteed to make your business stand out.
Our bespoke garments can be ordered instead of, or in addition to, the wide range of off the shelf products we offer, and we’d be happy to help you select the best option or combination for you.
Bespoke clothing
With Red Oak Corporate Wear’s bespoke garment service, the only limit is your imagination. Whatever you envision for your branded garments, our team can help you make it come to life.
Our range of bespoke products is just as varied as our selection of off the shelf products. We offer all kinds of garments through our bespoke design service, including polo shirts, sweatshirts and t-shirts. As well as these, we can also design custom accessories such as ties and scarves.
Our Essex-based team works closely with factories in the UK and overseas to create bespoke garments that aren’t available anywhere else. Because of this, the lead times for bespoke products will be a little longer - but we promise it will be worth the slight wait. When you order bespoke, you’ll receive a high-quality product that’s completely unique to your business and can help put across a strong brand message.
You’ll have complete control over every aspect of your garments when you use our bespoke service. This includes everything from selecting the perfect fabric, with the exact colours and composition you’d like, to designing the final style and fit. No aspect will be overlooked, and you will also be able to include personalised clothing labels and packaging if you wish.
Minimum order quantities for bespoke products
Due to the nature of the product, our bespoke garments usually come with a minimum order quantity of between 1,000 and 4,000 units. This means that many of our bespoke items can be more cost-effective than our standard stock items.
If you need fewer units than this, our scarves and ties are available with a minimum order quantity as low as 50. As with all our services, our team will work with you at every step of the process to make sure the final product is exactly as you envisioned.
How to order bespoke garments
If you’d like to order a bespoke design and create a one of a kind product for your business, we’ve made the process as simple as possible.
To get started, we will need a technical specification or design from you. If you don’t have this but you have examples on which you’d like to base your garments, you can send those to us too.
Once we have these, we will put together our recommendations. We will produce a quote, taking fabric options, sizing and branding requirements into consideration.
Due to the nature of the product and the fluctuating costs of raw materials, we may need to issue a new quote if you’re not ready to go ahead with the order within a set time frame.
Once you’re happy with everything, Red Oak Corporate Wear will provide proofs and design drawings for you to approve. After we have your feedback on these, we will also provide a pre-production sample for you to see how the final product will look. Any alterations you would like can be made at this point. These often include minor adjustments to the logo position or the colours to make sure everything is just right.
If you need to make any adjustments, the product will be re-sampled for final approval. Order times can vary depending on the complexity and quantity of products ordered, but you can then expect your final product to be with you in around 90-120 days.
Top-up orders for bespoke clothing
When ordering additional bespoke products, please keep in mind that top-up orders may come with the same minimum order quantity (usually 1,000-4,000 units) as the original products. Even though we always do our best to find ways to deliver exactly what our customers would like, this means we may not be able to fulfil smaller orders of bespoke items.
Once we have seen the garment specification, we will be able to let you know if top-up orders will be possible. If it isn’t possible, you may want to consider ordering extra garments when placing your first order.
